Grooming instincts

Badly let down by this GREEDY groomer!! We took our dogs here for the first time a while back and was charged £120, which was ok for both of them. The cut was ok, if a little short. We rebooked for a second cut, two months ago, but because of the wait-time the appointment was due for next week. We received a message from Tonisha this week to say that because she hadn't seen them for a while, she wanted to charge an extra £180, ie £180 for NOT cutting them, so £300 in total for two dog cuts!! She seems to be more interested in making money from NOT cutting hair than actually doing the work! She waited 2 months until the appointment was due to spring this little surprise on us, hoping that we would just pay it. She claims this is how all hairdressers work!! Clearly ridiculous, no-one charges £10 per week for NOT cutting hair!! She is very UNRELIABLE and has now left me to try and find a new groomer, when the dogs desperately need a groom in the hot weather. BE WARNED, Tonisha is only interested in you if you have your dog groomed every 6 weeks and keep it really VERY short... ie give her an easy, lazy life. My dog's coats don't need cutting every six weeks, in fact their coats are shorter now than when we first had them cut by Tonisha and she charged £120. £300 is just ridiculous and greedy. I DON'T recommend this groomer, you have been warned...

We love Tonisha . So patient with our rescue dog Teddy. We have been with grooming instincts for a year now. She adjusts her routine for him to make him very comfortable, he takes time to trust people . He loves her

Highly recommend!!! 1st groom today and Tonisha was SO lovely with my dog, he even dished out the kisses to her. He came back immaculate with a very smart cut!!!
