Good selection of vinyl and cd/dvds...mugs friendly ol codger happy to help ( yes he's an old friend) local parking.. man city fan which ill overlook..every item checked for quality... CASH ONLY folks ok...and now does a great range of graphic novels, marvel dc et al'... so bring much cash!..

I visited this shop today. This is a very well organised second hand record shop; this is very important as it's so frustrating when shops just list everything as Rock/Pop and you have to sift through loads of stuff your not interested in. Prices are generally fair. My only criticism is quite a big one, they only take cash! I can't help being suspicious of businesses that do this.

Visited while on holiday in Whitstable. Much prefer buying second hand records to brand new. I have to say Rock Bottom had the best quality second hand records I've seen in years. Very happy with my purchases.

Fairly priced second hand records, cassettes and CDs alongside the usual tourist tat (mugs etc). Friendly staff and some great finds though, definitely worth checking out.

Just a great little shop.Extremely reasonable prices, friendly staff. Quality of stock is always outstanding. Too often, second hand shops seem happy to whack out sub-par, scratched records for Discogs+ prices, but Rock Bottom consistently sells at prices way below what you'd find online at a basically guaranteed VG+ standard.Been buying and trading in here for a good while now. Love it.

Mostly pre-owned vinyl, CD’s, DVD’s, cassettes and ancillary bits ‘n bobs.Shallow depth but managing to touch base with all the “usual” genres with prices and quality within the realm of reasonable.Pleasant ambiance with an entertaining and gregarious staff member.Worth a visit, you’re probably likely to find something to tickle your fancy.

Selection was average for me, compared with what other record stores are doing at the moment, this was below par. Man behind the till I felt was a little impolite and offhand, with some of the other customers as well as myself
