Best cinema around. Even the cheaper seat are comfortable. Now a cinema snob and won't go anywhere else.

First time there..took my kids for their first cinema experience. Looks like a clean and decent sized cinema.Just a shame that all the food wasn't available. Only a few items seemed to be available. We went to the first viewing that morning.The movie we saw wasn't that new and the ticket prices were really good in comparison to other cinemas.

Much better than Cineworld. The sofas were very comfy and supportive, the whole cinema was well presented and clean. The staff were happy and polite. Decent enough prices as a bonus.

Great place and staff. I would say the cost of the snacks is crazy (like most cinemas) but the screens and seats are great. The place does look a little bare now I'm not sure if that's because they are being bought out or getting ready to close down. Time will tell.

Ipswich Empire is the best place to watch a film in Ipswich! We always book recliners for that little bit of extra luxury. Feet up, popcorn, a drink and sit back and relax.... Only fell asleep once and that was immediately after a family Christmas dinner (The film was Cats - so excusable).Always the latest releases. Very comfortable auditoriums, good quality picture and sound. The staff are always polite and helpful.

First time at the empire and I was impressed by the customer service, range of food and drink choices, very clean and tidy everywhere plus the seat I was in was very comfy (the recliner). I would highly recommend going to this cinema for a treat.
