Staying overnight in Ludlow & tried to book into a local pub/restaurant which was fully booked. So booked into The Corner House & so glad we did. Amazing food & excellent service. Tempura prawns to start with a lovely light batter. The Steak was cooked to perfection with delicious home made chips. My husband had the rack of lamb, again cooked superbly. Just had to say thank you to the chef as he finished for the day. Definitely Don't walk past this little gem of a restaurant.

Stopped by with Mr P for a late breakfast. The tea was very good and we ordered a second pot, (a free top up was offered). I had the Olive Branch eggs with mushrooms and it was absolutely delicious and the use of a cheese scone rather than a muffin was a nice touch. Mr P had the full English which was really nicely presented and the home made baked beans were lovely.Would definitely return. Ideally located in the centre of Ludlow.

Good tasty food and well sized portions. It is a little on the pricy side for a cafe for lunch, but the food is delicious enough I think it makes up for it! I had the tempura prawns which I can’t recommend enough!!! Food came quickly and the atmosphere is lovely. Will be back next time I’m in Ludlow!

We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from holiday. It was OK. We sat outside as we had our dog with us, so I can't comment on what the overall ambience inside is like. Wheelchair accessibility was certainly tricky though.I had a vegan version of the vegetarian breakfast (there was no advertised vegan option). I was confused by the inclusion of boiled waxy potatoes and tbh it felt very low effort. No vegan spread for the toast, even! My husband had the sizzle, and it was decent, he really enjoyed the sausages especially.

We only had a Latte so the 5 star rating is for a lovely coffee. The inside dining didlook very nice though and so did the food. Nice to sit outside.

Beautiful food, I walked past and saw the special on a board outside, it sounded too good not to try. I think it was the best meal I've had in a long time. Pork with sticky rice. The pork was cooked to perfection and the rice was beautifully sticky. It was so good I even had pudding, a stunning crumble. Even better I didn't want to cry when the bill came. Extremely well priced. I would definitely recommend. I will be back.

My wife and I have been to the Friday Fish Menu Dinner twice. What a lovely place. The Starters are well prepared - tempura prawns in a crisp batter and hot dip sauce and the fishcake with a poached egg on top really stood out from the menu selection we enjoyed.The Mains included Cornish Hake, which was excellent and you can have a selection of 3 different fish for a £3 supplement, which was very reasonable.Each main comes with a selection of side dishes and a range of sauces to suit your fish. The home cooked chips were great!They also have home prepared desserts including a wild berry crumble. Yum!Wine list was limited, but the wines we have chosen so far were complementary to our meals.The whole menu was without the usual, easy kitchen compromises and this makes the Corner House stand out in a very positive way.

Went for the Japanese night on Saturday 1st April the food was fantastic and the service was brilliant would highly recommend it 35 quid for 4 courses sushi to start followed by a choice of 3 starters, a choice of 3 main courses and a set pudding. Very good value for money
