I had my nails done today by a lovely girl called Mia in the Hereford shop it was my first time and she made me feel so relaxed and she did wonders with my non existent nails I would recommend her to everyone .

Okay store but there used to be (not sure if there still is) a member of staff (a middle-aged blonde woman) who would watch you like a hawk whilst you are in the store.

Awful. My friend went to go and get her eyebrows threaded, she asked for excess hairs around her eyebrow to be removed. The woman threading asked my friend if she had ever plucked her eyebrows before, she answered yes and the woman rudely told her she had been doing completely wrong (baring in mind she is only 14 and the woman knew this as she had asked her age). After finishing her eyebrows she had changed the shape and made both eyebrows thinner which wasn't what she had asked for, this might of been okay if this is what my friend wanted but clearly told her this wasn't what she had asked for. The woman was unfriendly and made my friend feel very unconformable. The other superdrug members were lovely and kindly gave my friends money back.

I like going into this shop it's always clean and spacious. The staff are always friendly polite and very helpful. It's rare I can find what I'm looking for the staff are always willing to help. Thanks all.

Love superdrug was just disappointed this time by a Razor product that wasn't available but the product cards were out on display. Staff always friendly
