Terrible service. After receiving the box, called Andy to set up the channels. It did not work. He asked me to send a photo of the dish which I did. Since then he has not replied to any emails, messages. Very disappointing. I am sanding the box back for a refund

Received a faulty receiver in September, I therefore emailed the company and less than 24h after Andy replied and confirmed that he will get in touch with me within couple of days. Mid-october nothing !!!! after few emails I finally get a response from Andy who confirmed that a replacement one will be sent the day after his email......end of November ..............nothing I did ask for an update a week ago guess what ? Nothing. I wish that I could give 0 stars as the customer service is so bad.......avoid if you can !!!! This is my first bad review but it wont be the last if this issue isn't resolved.

Bought a receiver to watch Italian television. Have to say I was apprehensive, wondering if it would work. I shouldn't have worried. The receivers can be set up without effort and Andy, the owner of the business, is incredibly kind and helpful. Works brilliantly.Thanks Andy!!
