Emma was brilliant! I had the best customer service experience with her. She asked all the right questions and really listened to what I wanted from my phone in order to find the best refresh package for me. I am not a techie but she managed to explain everything clearly and helpfully without ever patronising me. She put me at my ease and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Emma and 10/10 for doing such a great job!

I switched to o2 today, and could not be happier with the the service I received. I was served by both Lewis and Brad at the Weston super-mare store. Both were really informative and very patient with me taking the time ensure I found the best plan for me. They explained everything in great detail but in a way that was digestible and easy to follow. I also switched broadband whilst in store today and they made this switch so easy and effortless. Both have wonderful customer service skills and were also fantastic with my almost 2 yr old who was starting to get a little bored while she waited so they kindly put on some children’s music and were making her smile. If I could leave more stars I would. The other staff in store were also warm and friendly and overall the atmosphere made it an enjoyable and easy visit to store today. I’m really pleased to have switched to o2, thanks for all your help :)

A member of staff was extremely rude. I was trying to explain that an app was not installed on my partners phone, if she installed it, he wouldn’t be able to use it anyway. She would not listen and then proceeded to say that I was being rude. I will not be spoken to like that. We have been a customer with O2 for years and we will be moving our personal and business account elsewhere. Would not recommend this branch. And one star is being very generous as there is no option for zero.

Brilliant customer service! Went in store to collect a phone my boyfriend had ordered (and was dead excited for). Spoke to the lovely chap who explained that the day’s delivery had not yet arrived, and we should try again a little later. We gave it two hours (expecting disappointment). The guy from earlier went straight to look for the phone as the lovely lady helped us through some complications. He got to walk out with his flash new phone and I got to walk out with a happy boyfriend, who had been sulking for two hours :). Just a lovely experience that we expected to be an ordeal. Wish we caught their names. So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Vististed WSM store 2pm(ish) and again at 4pm 01/07/22

Was so surprised by the quality of customer service here - completely flawless! Saw Emma who was not only very friendly but so competent that she managed to get me what I wanted (making sure that roaming was switched on for traveling) but also changed my tariff so I was paying less! Sorry just popping in to see whether you're posting more than you need - brilliant service

The staff were excellent, and the service first class. They sorted everything that needed sorted including purchase and set up and explanation of new technology. And simple repair to lose sim card in phone causing it not to work. We have used O2 as the provider of phones and other technology for a number of years and in whatever branch we have used we have had excellent customer service.Well done staff in the WSM branch.

I popped into the o2 shop to talk through my upgrade options. There was a few minutes wait until I could be seen. The staff member was friendly and helpful although it became quite clear that she was on commission and was pushing add ons more than disscussing the upgrade options. The problem with some of the information that we were being given it was obvious that the staff member was not particularly knowledgable about it and this info was incorrect. Her knowledge of the phone I wanted was basic and she relied on the computer for tarrifs and prices. When I chose my product and tarrif I left my old phone with them to have the information transferred (should have taken no more than 45 mins). I returned to shop after 1 hour and the staff hadn't worked out how to do it. It took nearly 2 hours for them to only swap my contacts and photos. When I got home I had to download all my apps and sign into them all again. Re file all my photos etc. I also realised they had kept my cable and sim pin so I have had to re use my old ones. All in all my experience was of medium satisfaction. Disabled access, no parking, no public toilets.

My beloved O2 networked Galaxy A71 is three years old, and I decided, after considerable online research on the latest 2023 smartphones, to actually physically go into my local O2 shop to admire my already chosen new smartphone.I already knew, before I even stepped foot in the shop, that February is a truly garbage time of year to be buying a brand new smartphone on a contract.Only this very morning, I received notification from O2, that my SIM only contract on my A71 is going to increase in April by a whopping 17.3%. The staff in the shop have no control over their company calculating this ridiculous bill hike, and I found out that the staff in the shop are freely admitting, that signing up for a new contract at this time of year, is an extremely bad idea. I give them considerable respect for that honesty.Gone are days of over eager salespersons throwing themselves at you as soon as you open the shop door. Maybe they have learned that customers really don't like that.I walked into the well lit, well organised shop and was allowed to browse, undisturbed, for 10 minutes. The layout of the shop was decent, with the expense devices on the left-hand side as you walk in. I was really pleased to see that they still sell a thirty quid dumb phone."Then
