Such a fantastic idea! Tailored workouts based on your strength, ability, babys age and birth, surrounded by other like-minded mums and their little ones too. Room was set up with ample space for buggies and babies to nap, and a large soft matted area in the middle with lots of different toys and items for interaction for our children to play with. The ladies running it were friendly, helpful and non-judgemental. Tea and coffee was on offer afterwards, where we could all sit and just chat for a bit. Was lovely. Highly recommended.
