Staff seemed exhausted although remained polite but service felt like it was going in slow motion. Food just took forever as i saw the timer on their screen for my order going well over 12mins - i worked in fast food before anything over 5mins was unacceptable. I was tired and just wanted something quick. Food was just about still mildly warm when i finally got it. I wished i had just gone to get a meal deal from m&s opposite. Mistake made and will know otherwise next time.

Worse food I ever had. Spent almost £30 to order meal for family of 4 and get rubbish food what even one person wouldn't have enough. Robbery king! Not a burger king

Absolutely awful experience, do not come here. We ordered two double cheeseburgers and a steakhouse crispy chicken burger, all with fries and drinks, which came to nearly £30. It took nearly half an hour for the food to be made even though it wasn’t particularly busy and we were given a beef burger instead of the chicken burger. When we eventually got the steakhouse crispy chicken burger, the chicken burger was burnt yet the bacon looked barely cooked and the cheese looked inedible. The double cheeseburgers were tiny. I used to work at an understaffed Five Guys and we managed to make freshly made good quality burgers in less than 10 minutes, yet Burger King takes half an hour to heat up ready-made burgers? We will never eat at Burger King again and advise that no one else does either

Rubish. Cant read. That was the 3rd attempt at a double whopper! Only took an hour to get 'fast' food! 1st complained about the first burger. That was literally just a bun and patty. Said they would re make it. Waited for 10 minutes. Asked what was going on and they hadn't even started making the correct one.

One of the better ones I've been to. I asked for fresh fries as the ones they had looked a bit old. This was not a problem for them. Very polite and helpful. Restraunt was clean and tidy. Expensive but nice. Will be going again.

This is what £10 got me.Bare in mind I paid extra to Go Large".This is a large meal? The double bacon and cheese is no bigger than a hamburger from McDonald's.I now have to go spend more money in Greggs on more food because this tiny portion didn't touch the sides.Avoid burger king at all costs."

Burger King is one of our favourite burger restaurants. The Angus Steakhouse burger was exceptional, but the overall experience was disappointing and we award three-stars.There is no doubt that countrywide, Burger King can deliver very high quality fast food in comparison to other brands. However, Burger King outlets at motorway services can be variable and on this occasion, it turned out be be exactly that.Whilst the Angus was excellent, service was slow, as two out of the four automated touchscreen self-service sales-points were out of order. Also there were no Whoppers to be seen on the digital menu. That seemed very strange, so we had to ask over the counter as we thought there was a problem with the touchscreen. It turned out, they had run out of a key ingredient.So just three-stars awarded for this visit from our reviewer. We were highly impressed with the freshness, presentation and taste of the Angus, but two stars were lost for service and product range on the menu.

A solid Burger King, you know what to expect when eating from here. Personally I found the experience quite good but it was early dinner so much quieter.

No motivation to work, staff don’t look like they want to be there. Absolutely no customer service skills, staff doordall around, making customers wait when it’s not even busy. 15 minutes for one cheese burger, food was ready to be collected but no staff to be seen.After a frustrating wait food order was wrong. Avoid
