What a welcome change! A company who actually delivers what it promises! I was recommended to this company by a few friends and I am glad I made the call. I don’t have poor credit but I need a car for 12 months as I started a new job and it didn’t come with a car. Thank you everyone.

Unfortunately Northern Vehicles were an absolute car crash. Everything that could’ve gone wrong, did go wrong.I was told I would be getting a BMW, but that didn’t happen...after waiting...and waiting. I was then told I could get an Mercedes AMG, but that also fell through, ending up with a basic model - but at least it worked, and cost less.They lost paperwork, needed me to resend documents, tried to charge me twice for payments, the list goes on....Even when they came to pick up the car, they left the hire car they’d used in my car space for 5 hours, which they said would be picked up immediately.Good luck if you use Northern Vehicles - hopefully you can find an alternative leasing company, I will.

Been waiting over a month for a car, keep getting fobbed off with answers, promised call backs that dont happen, promised emails that dont happen - but happy to take a deposit over a month ago. I have been told that their finance suppliers have stopped lending to them so very worried now.

Again came like thieves in the night and took back their car despite us paying every month on time. (Received an email a day before saying company had gone into liquidation -clearly a lie). Again took belongings and despite us contacting them to ask for them to be returned all emails were left unanswered. Left me with no car as a key worker, and trying to shop for my parents who were isolating due to the pandemic. Please avoid!!!!

what a complete joke my partner was a customer for northern vehicles for 3 years and always payed without fail for her cars recently we have had nothing but problems with them repossessing our car at 11pm at night through no fault of our own due to northern vehicles and there car supplier fleet assist they repossessed our car and acted like common car thieves didn't even knock our door for keys they drove off with the car with all our belonging inside the next day they supply us with a temporary car when delivered the car interior smelt like someone has been smoking marijuana inside the car was scratched to high heaven and dented we demanded northern vehicles to collect the temporary car as my partner refused to drive it due to the condition and smell inside. as for northern vehicles management and staff MR GRANT DOYLE is a very untrustworthy individual i would avoid this company at all cost. we have recently got our belongings back from fleet assist not including my partners Louis Vuitton handbag that is still missing.

The guys at Northern Vehicles have done it again, they managed to quote, agree terms & deliver an amazing deal on a Volvo XC90 within 2 weeks.They have supplied vehicles for my company for the last 5 years & they have NEVER let me down on price, delivery & customer service.Keep up the good work.

Was told by email by Northern Vehicles that they were going into administration so all cars will be collected this week or next ". I looked at their website that evening which had been shut down. My car was collected this evening without any further notice and a new website is up and running. So I'm assuming the cars are being returned to their previous funder who is no longer willing to fund and Northern Vehicles must either have another funder or something else dodgy is going on!!!"

I am on my second car now with Northern Vehicles and cannot recommend enough. If you are looking for a no hassle, transparent service, go for them. They are clear, always helpful and actually try to find ways you can save money rather than try and upsell useless upgrades or plans to rip you off. Delivered on time efficiently and quickly. Cannot ask for me really!

Charged £80 for a valet, sent a county court judgment letter, 5 days after invoice sent. Tried to say I owed a parking ticket on another vehicle.

As a business owner I don't have time to chat supplier after supplier to get the best deal.I have known and worked with Dave and the excellent team at Northern Vehicles for a number of years.They have always gone above and beyond to meet my somewhat eclectic requirements and I can't recommend them enough
