Large Green King pub with a social atmosphere and a couple of big screens. Outside tables as well in a sunny spot. Good range of beers and drinks including cocktails which are made to order. Wide pub grub menu with vegan and veggie options and good portion sizes. Keen prices with some good offers. Friendly staff and a place to meet and chat.Still the same, busy place.

We booked for 6 of us as not from the area and wasn't sure how busy it would be. Was quite busy when we arrived but didn't have to wait long for anything. Staff were all friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble. 2 shared the steak fondue and it looked amazing, just wish someone at table would take steak cooked same as me so I could have someone to share with! All the food was hot and delicious and fantastic value, would definitely come again if in area

Lovely experience, with a kind staff and a magnificent structure I Hope to come back soon and so far you're in my top 10 for the overall score. Please do not find me on any social media because I do not like to be crowded with messages (this doesn't apply to the owners of the restaurants I've been to I would like your feedback and I would like to know when you have made changes so I can update my reviews). We both had beef rib and it was excellent.A good selection and of food at reasonable prices.Would have been nice to see more vegetarian options and a selection at of salads.Unfortunately we didn’t like all the tvs showing football and background music was a bit loud, as we wanted a quiet lunch

Nice pub, friendly staff, nothing was a problem and a small issue was resolved with the very generous offer of free desserts. Would definitely return.

Had the skillet beef for lunch 9/7/23 it was better than I expected great little pub in a great locationthe best country in the world friendly staff to so it's 10/10 form me

Came in for lunch was was greeted and served by Lauren.She was very helpful and answered my questions about the meals, the place was clean and tidy, amazing food and great drinks.Will be back againAnd will definitely recommend to friends and family

We've been coming to this pub for over 5 years and still love coming here with family and friends. The food quality is outstanding every time. The service provided by every member of staff is always good. Becca makes sure we always have a good experience every visit and is by far the best assistant manager this pub has had.

Great pub and was welcomed with a smile buy a lovely lady that definitely knew the business inside out! Knowledge is power! Customer service was brilliant but never got her name! Think it began with “G”? I will visit again and spend more time there!

This pub is very big and spacious and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The pub does look a bit tired but don't let that put you off. The 32oz steak share was very nice with a collection sauces. At £20 it was very reasonable.If I had one complaint it took 20 mins to receive our drink. I would definitely recommend this pub to my friends and family.
