First appointment with a new dentist and assistant today and very impressed. Relaxed happy and a genuinely interested was a strong first impression given. Happy I made the switch.

After 4 days of extreme pain I finally called this practice at 8am on Sunday for an emergency appointment, the receptionist booked me in that day for 50 minutes later - so surprised and grateful that they could get me in so early! The dentist and assistant were lovely, explained everything that they were doing and the tools they were going to use and really put me at ease. I've now got antibiotics so fingers crossed they do the job!

I was given an emergency appointment at 8.0am on Sunday after suffering facial pain and limited mouth opening.I was very impressed with the dentist who examined me. He done a thorough examination and x-ray to find the cause of the problem and explained everything clearly.I felt really at ease because both dentist and assistant were warm and friendly towards me.I was given antibiotics and a follow-up appointment. My appointment was not rushed and I am very greatful my experience went well.

Usually genuinely terrified of dentists, hate going to them. I needed an emergency dentist appointment due to a chipped troublesome filling causing severe pain and effecting my sleep; Northfield was the only place who could see me same day. Fahad and Chloe were simply fantastic, best dentist experience I've had by far. Completely attentive and made the whole ordeal of it leading to an extraction as smooth as could be. Shame they're not taking on new patients at the moment as I'd happily travel the half hour from Northampton for them, but I am so grateful for how they eased my discomfort the way they did, highly recommended.

I was welcome with smilies from the reception team. The dentist and assistant showed love and care. My treatment was fully explained prior procedure. I was treated gentle with respect and dignity. Furthur procedures needed was advised. My next appointment was booked.
