One of our sensors developed a tamper fault in the night. Guardian sent an engineer the same day and the faulty unit was replaced without delay. Eric, the engineer, was exceptionally professional, efficient and pleasant.We've been with Guardian for many years and were a little worried after the company expanded, as the level of service didn't seem quite on point anymore (e.g. we have a different engineer for each service - some of whom have been better than others). But on today's experience, we certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guardian. Thank you!

A big thank you to Liam who extended his working day last Friday to come and resolve a problem with our alarm system. He was very helpful and cheerful and explained very clearly what needed to be done.

Not happy with this company. They took over a very good local operator and engineers who came to service clearly were not trained on the equipment. Not a good experience and definitely not worth the cost of contract

Shambolic customer service and almost comical call out fees. Cancelled and went elsewhere - on every occasion Guardian were a let down from our very first phone call onwards. Avoid.

Our annual alarm service contract has been taken over by Guardian Security & Fire Ltd. We had an engineer visit to change all the batteries in the sensors and then do a complete systems check. As he was undertaking the systems check the alarm went off and it wouldn't shut off, even when he tried to disarm it. The internal speaker was disconnected to stop the dreadful noise in the house. Problem was solved but unfortunately the speaker was not reconnected properly. Informed Guardian and they sent an engineer round the very next morning, all organised by Monica who really couldn't do enough to try to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible.A second engineer came over but couldn't find the fault and so we had another call from Monica who had arranged for a more experienced engineer to visit us the next morning. The design of the control panel used the same connectors (side by side)for both the internal mic and the speaker and so it is very easy to reconnect them the wrong way round. It took Jordan quite a long time to finally work out the problem. He wasn't prepared to just give up, he was determined to try and fix the problem and he was 'over the moon' when he sorted out the issue.Silly mistake with an inexperienced engineer turned into a tricky problem but the whole team pulled together to sort it out as quickly as possible so you can't say fairer than that. Thank you to Monica and Jordan for doing their very best to deal with the problem quickly and to the best of their ability.

We had a fault so I called the company. The telephone receptionist was absolutely charming and booked us in for an appointment the very next morning. Next morning a friendly knowledgeable engineer visited and performed thorough checks and agreed with me the next step.

Thanks for the office staff and engineers who look after this stuff; all really nice people who do a professional job.

We have just had Connor, who works for Guardian Security, Canterbury as an installation engineer, spend one and a half days in our home, installing an alarm and CCTV cameras.We were delighted with what he did for us - his knowledge, professionalism and courtesy in our home.
