Our boiler broke and Steve came and looked at it and gave honest and reliable advice. Upon deciding to get a new boiler, he managed to change his schedule to prioritise my family as I have three children and has no heat or hot water. Steve arrived on time, did the job and was immaculate in his working. He didn’t even complain when our dog wouldn’t leave him to work in peace. He gave me clear and concise instructions on how to use the new boiler and followed up more than once to check everything was ok. Highly recommend.I heard about Steve through my aunt who said she will not use another business in future. She is vulnerable and shielding and Steve was extremely considerate of her while in her house, kept his distance, wore a mask and she felt extremely safe.

We have recently had our bathroom refurbished to a shower room by Kelmech Ltd.Steve was a good listener and ended up with excally what we wanted with the good, helpful and improving suggestions from him.The execution of the project was excellent, Steve, Dan and Liam not only work very hard they are polite, tidy, punctual and didn't seem to mind any questions my young grandsons asked, they were also every considerate towards me and my ill health. We have already recommended them to family and friends and will defiantly use them again for any home improvementswe decide to do.Thank you Steve Dan and Liam for making us a superb shower room.

From star to finish Kelmech were very professional. Really helpful throughout the project. Constantly kept us updated.The job has been done to an excellent standard. Fantastic service from start to finish. I had to have a boiler service done before the sale of my house and from first contacting, to Steve arriving it was very quick. Team Kelmech built a new 2-step front step and replaced an old canopy.The quality of work was high and the team were polite, courteous, efficient and turned up when expected. Communication between client and Kelmech was very good and was kept informed at all stages.Planning project was very professional from site visit through to sending images of canopies available and drawings of the step.Would recommend, and use, the team again.

I literally couldn't be happier with my new bathroom. From start to finish the service Kelmech has provided is outstanding. My initial contact with Steve was replied to quickly and efficiently. He was more than happy to accommodate any changes and offered advice and guidance throughout the whole process. Each member of staff from the plumbers to the electrician to the plasterer was lovely, arrived promptly, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The work has been finished to a very high standard. I'm literally over the moon, the only down side is I don't want anyone to now use my beautiful new bathroom!!! Great communication from Stephen. He managed to fit in our bathroom work much earlier than expected. All of the work done by his team was to an excellent standard and happened very quickly and efficiently. For the installation of our downstairs toilet the patio had to be taken up and this was taken up, pipes installed, and replaced all in one day - not a single patio slab was damaged! Would 100% recommend Kelmech to anyone.

We have recently had a new bathroom done by Steve and the team and couldn't recommend them higher! Dan has looked after our home for the last couple of weeks whilst myself and my partner have been working, and has always left it tidy.We put off getting the bathroom done for so long because it just seemed like a big hassle, and have had really bad trades people before which really puts you off doing anything.They have sourced pretty much everything for us, making the whole experience hassle free, nothing is too much trouble and they are very easy to talk to!Dan, Liam, and Steve are like gold dust, I'm so glad we came across them, we are so happy with our new bathroom.
