Awful place to work for they are not a family oriented company which they claim to be and when you perform really well refuse to pay your bonus absolutely shocking place

worked here for the last 2 years on the Vodafone campaign and i am very happy. i earn great money. Concentrix is one of the worlds largest call centres and have over 1000 employees at this site.

Absolute horrible place to work Management is a joke their targets are ridiculious if your on call TL's tell you to get off the phone then complain when your in ACW as you had to drop calls the place is a joke DO NOT WORK HERE

I work here currently. I am reviewing the building. Not the job.There is free on-site parking with dedicated spaces for disabled badge drivers to park which makes it accessible for all. There is also a lift to assist anyone who cannot use the stairs.The canteen is modern and the staff in there are very friendly and polite. There is also two pool tables in the canteen which cost 50p a game but is good for passing time . There is also a table tennis table which is free to use.The canteen also has vending machines which are handy for when the cafeteria is no longer serving food.Just outside the canteen area is a dedicated smoking area out back for anyone who needs to have a smoke.The toilets are cleaned everyday . There are men and women's toilets both upstairs and downstairs as well as a disabled toilet on both floors.There is a front desk when you enter the building which has a receptionist to assist you if you need help

Worked here couple a months back if you want to be depressed and have no life don't do it, one the worst place to work it really does play with your mental health

Where do we start....... the hours, lates constantly, half day 4:30 start, earn a bonus ? Good luck keeping it, you lose it for everything including taking annual leave, even though you earned it. 2 week training is pointless !! DO a fact find on a call or you will be fired even though a fact find isn’t done company wide !!!My time was ok and i can say I tried call centre work but never again.

I worked there a few years back. And all the senior managers were working at their own interest. Claiming bonuses from Vodafone when targets weren't hit. Keeping cash insensitives that were for the staff because they added in extra targets. I could name and shame. But what's the point. I'm out I've my own business and its flying. Shady shady management.

Great place for your first call centre job. Difficult to work for and a lot of pressure applied in the staff to sell additional products whether you feel comfortable or not to do so. Failure to upsell these products leads to investigation and disciplinary whether your comfortable or not.

Work here..work colleagues with more experience extremely helpful..I can not say a bad word for the managers all of them do an amazing job even more so under these difficult times with the pandemic..keep up with the good work everyone

Horrible place to work.Lack of management or direction, blind leading the blind, not a place you want to tell a perspective employer you have worked. Steer clear there are many other sales job In Belfast
