I initially contacted Pam to discuss a noise that I was experiencing from the back of the vehicle. The information Pam provided me and her honesty was impeccable. And out of goodwill invited me to bring the vehicle over for her engineers to have a quick look. Before discussing what the potential problem and fix would be. Upon arrival, all the engineers were aware that I would be bringing my vehicle in. Andy inspect the vehicle, and we went for a quick drive together for him to better understand what the issue is. Andy advised that the best course of action would be for them to put it on a lift. I left the car with them within a few hours Andy called me back with an update and a price. Which was so much cheaper than Porsche’s main dealer. My vehicle is under warranty. However, this repair is considered wear and tear. So have Andy fix this was no issue as it would not affect my warranty.It’s not always common, to find honesty in the motor trade, but Andy and Pam were extremely honest and transparent throughout my entire experience with them. I would highly recommend them and have already told a lot of my friends who own Porsches about this organisation.My vehicle is a Carrera S 991.1 Thanks again to Andy and Pam. Manesh

I needed some work doing on my 993 turbo and I was recommended to use Porchetech by a friend. I rang to ask if they had any available time slots, and Pam actually offered me an earlier slot because of a cancellation, which was great, especially me being a new customer. They offer an excellent professional service and have superb technical knowledge. I will be using them in future for servicing and work on my car.

The only word to describe this place is LEGENDARY. Aieden and the team are incredible. They fit me in on very short notice and promptly completed the work needed to a very high standard. They even washed my Cayenne before I collected… Super professional, polite and understanding. Very convenient location also! I will be back 1000%!
