Flair Cleaners

Had 2 pieces of dry cleaning done on 2 separate occasions. Returned in pristine condition, and a friendly service with a smile. My fav local dry cleaner, but do lots of other stuff too. Recommended

Their zip repairs are a joke, they will try to fit the cheapest zip they can find which means the zip will break again very soon after the 'repair'. But I have no quarrel with their dry cleaning service which is fine .

Bad customer service! Don't take anything of value!I took an expensive Reiss dress in a couple of weeks ago and pointed out a small stain the size of a pea on the front, asking if they could do anything about it.When I got the item back home there was no stain but instead a noticable, considerably larger water mark where the stain had been. I returned and pointed this out but all I got in return was quite a defensive, unfriendly, unhelpful response. I asked for refund as they had clearly not treated the stain properly, and I didn't want to leave it there for them to ruin it further. This was refused. Needless to say I'll be going to Johnsons next time!

Worst customer service ever. Do NOT go to this dry cleaners. They ruin your dress, stain it and make it out as if it’s your fault!!! I gave a ted baker dress which I wore once and now it’s ruined!!! The guy there who claims he is the manager is so defensive rude and put the phone down on me!!!! Awful awful place and awful man. Do NOT go there!

My wife was given a promo leaflet by Flair stating 4 garments for only £14". The offer stated that coats

Very helpful when the shop is open, but opening hours are not accurate. When I went to pick up my cleaning they were still not open by 10am.
