We are thrilled with our new windows and doors. Our house is warmer, quieter and there are no drafts now.The whole process from quotation to installation was professional, efficient and our comfort and safety was paramount throughout, which during the Covid19 pandemic is very important.The installation team of Troy, Tyler and Olly were a delight to have in our home.

I think you can always tell the quality of a company by its after sales service. Having spent around £13k with Stratton Glass, I am disappointed that the response from the owner and his manager was cool to pretty indifferent when my 3 year old bifold doors developed a crack in the internal glass on one of the doors. Nothing hit the glass, I haven't smashed it with anything - the crack developed by itself, overnight - probably due to tension in the fitting. All I was asking was that someone come and look at the problem - that was over 2 weeks ago. The response, 'we are busy' and 'we don't guarantee the glass'- does not help me. Buyer Beware!!

I have to say I'm not sure how I feel. The sales person was fine and there's no pressure to buy. The fitting people were tidy and the job was completed" on time. My issue is that one of the windows has a large crack in it which happened during installation. The glass has apparently been ordered and I'm sure there are delays due to covid. There's no feedback over when the glass will be available. The crack has spread and it if goes much further a small piece of glass could fall out. We felt pressured to pay the full amount as the contract said payment upon completion. I would rather have done a partial payment and kept a small amount back until the glass was repaired"

Very difficult job glazing mullion windows in Tudor manor house.All irregular, out of square and slightly different sizes.They did a fantastic job, putty is immaculate.Good communication too. Highly recommended.Ben

Had triple glazing installed to block noise from a main highway. Despite a tricky installation, it was a success. Great work by professional people. We love the difference it has made.

Great company, came in 30% less than Anglian Windows. Troys team were very professional and did a fantastic job on our Victorian bay window. After sales service also checked up to ensure we were happy with everything which was very welcome.

The workers who arrived to fit the windows and doors where polite and helpful as well as hard working in getting the job done in the allocated time and not leaving any mess.The customer service care in my experience was fantastic and the staff could not of been more professional or helpful than they were.I would have no hesitation in recommending Stratton Glass and Windows to any of my friends and family and would defiantly use them again
