Very thorough, called to let me know what I needed to do to get my car through MOT , friendly staff. Took my car back on the day for repairs at the time I was given brilliant service

I had booked my car in at 10.30a.m to have the air con bottle gassed up on what was a very hot week. I arrived early at 9.45 as I was travelling to see family that day on the off chance they might be able to slot me in a little earlier. I was called at 10.30 to say it had been done !Thank you Kwik fit

Speedy and efficient service! I got booked in 2 days after my first call, plus they needed to order a part for me which was available at short notice.

After a failed Mot on Friday a new part was required before my daughter’s car could pass. The part would not be available until Monday. I explained she needed to get back to Leister for work on Monday but we decided to get the car fixed first. Manager managed to get the part delivered late Saturday and rang us to arrange fitting the part on Sunday allowing my fairer to go back to Leister for work on Monday.

My car was experiencing issues, so I decided to book it for a full service even though it wasn't due for servicing for another five months. I paid £225, receiving a discount of £25, and took my car to King's Lynn for servicing on the appointed day. I attempted to explain the problem to the staff member who assisted me, but he refused to listen, stating that they would conduct a full diagnostic and call me when it was complete.After leaving my car at the shop, I was later informed about a few issues that needed attention, including two critical aspects they claimed were causing my problem. I paid an additional £160 and picked up my car. However, on my way home, the same issue recurred.I sought out Kwik Fit because it came highly recommended, but this is the second time I've been disappointed with your service. When I called the garage to address the issue, I was told they couldn't do anything as the problem hadn't appeared during the service. After spending nearly £380, this response is far from ideal and feels like a ripoff.

Took my Land Rover Discovery here for Brake Pads and potentially Discs, and after shopping around they were the best price.They fitted new pads all round. Great service and great price. I would highly recommend this branch and the team that work here.

Very expensive service. Arrived at 12 as my appointment was at 12..... Was told it would be a wait as they had other cars. As I was on my lunch break this caused issues. They completed a simple tyre change in 50 minutes.... My nan could have done it quicker and she is geriatric.Then told me they didn't align the tyres and they wanted to charge me a hefty £60 shocking service. In my words, i said I would rather scrap the car before spending that on an alignment which should really come with the service.In short, I shall not be returning as I shall hire my nan for any future repairs.

Really quick and friendly service, the Kings Lynn team were great, really helped me actually because I was in a bit of a bind time-wise. Very grateful.

Went to get a reverse light changed. No appointment and they fitted us in straight away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t shame us for not knowing we only needed the one reverse light. Would recommend!!
