Anthony has undertaken two jobs for us in the last few months. A new downstairs toilet and wash hand basin, by utilising space from the kitchen and then completely renovating the kitchen including moving drainage. He was very efficient and helpful and the work undertaken is completely satisfactory. A very nice and obliging guy who also had to endure the worship of our two dogs!

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Anthony came and quoted to knock a utility into the main kitchen and then to fit the kitchen. Came when he said he would, worked really hard and to a high standard. Great communication from Louise too. Couldn't ask for more, and will definitely be using again. Thank you!

We got Anthony in to do some structural work involving a chimney breast removal and subsequent floor/ceiling repairs. Throughout the whole process he was really helpful - advising us on the various steps we needed to take with building regs etc, and the quality of work is excellent. I wouldnt think twice about getting him back in for future projects.

Anthony has done lots of work on my house in the past 18 months: structural repairs, chimney/roof/ guttering repairs, taken a room back to bare brick and fully renovated, removed an outside toilet and replaced with a lovely chilling area with an ornamental wall. Because of previous positive experiences I have also booked Anthony to renovate my bathroom this month.Anthony discusses in detail any work wanted. He is very response to any queries both before and while carrying out the planned work. Louise provides quotes in a timely manner, books dates to accommodate and is very supportive to any queries regarding the planned work.Anthony is always punctual, leaves the area clean and tidy and always works to a very high standard. He is professional but also very approachable. Anthony is generally a nice guy who works extremely hard and takes great pride in his work. Highly recommend

Anthony spotted both shared chimney stacks on our 1913 property were in need of serious attention earlier this year. He tactfully liaised with the neighbouring property and explained the safety issues of both stacks. 4 courses of extremely fragile brickwork were taken off, and then up to his usual skill, he inserted airbricks, capped off with waterproofing. He found a tree growing in one stack and removed a lot of moss from the 2nd. Anthony also did a re-repair of an old slab job" my Dad had done on the back chimney. His knowledge and trouble shooting skills are phenomenonal! Thank you. 11/10"

This is the third project Anthony has worked on, this time replacing a shower. As always his work was carried out efficiently with the minimum of fuss and to a high professional standard. I highly recommend AK Construction.

Installation of lintels above kitchen windows and pointing.We had a really good experience with AK Construction from quote to job completion.Great communication from start to finish and always punctual. Perfect work, very thorough and helpful! This our first home and we were very green about house stuff and Anthony was really really helpful with any questions we had, held our hands throughout the whole process. Sorted out the scaffolders too!
