Awesome place. Had never used a storage facility before but staff answered my call immediately and talked through the questions I had with ease and simplicity. It's easy to access and has everything you would want and expect. However, the lift here is for goods only and people cannot ride it, so those who struggle with stairs may have some difficulty if their storage unit is on the second floor.

From the very first contact I was treated like a guest, not a customer. The whole experience was made simple and easy. The actual storage units are much much better than I thought. Modern, pest controlled, temperature controlled and no fuss 24 hour access , I can't recommend this company enough .One Happy Guest.

We used the storage facility for almost six months and never experienced any issues at all.The staff were fantastic any time we needed to contact them. The money side of the rental was always spot on.We would have no problem at all recommending UK Storage in Ince, Wigan and would use again without hesitation.A very professional Company.A++

I used UK Storage in Wigan for around a year to store items from a previous house move. It is the first time I have ever had to use a storage facility. The team made the set up of the storage very easy and the whole process of moving in was seamless. Throughout the year, the unit was easily accessible and the building clean and secure. When no longer requiring the service, the team were again very helpful in the closing down of the unit and made the process very easy. I highly recommend UK storage and would use them again if needed.

Excellent unit. Very secure and clean. Cheapest around and great offer at time of getting unit. Easy to deal with. Would highly recommend and would definately use company again. Only bad point is the locks that you have to buy cannot be used again so £15 is now wasted. Contacted company who make them and they would only sell me a complete set.

The storage unit was easy to order, great access as and when needed with someone available to speak to (not that we did). Spotlessly clean with a fab set up and would not hesitate to use again. Really helped us when it come to storing our worldly possessions ready for our big house move after 23 years. As a customer service manager I look for great customer service and I received this at every stage no matter whom I spoke with- well done UK Storage

Brilliant facility. Safe and secure . Very clean and warm enough without being too hot.I felt extremely safe going there at all times of the day and bight.So easy to set up an account and very easy to cancel once I’d finished using it.This would be my first choice if I needed a storage unit again.

This is the first time I have needed to use a storage unit and after looking/researching a few in Wigan area this was by far the best for price, customer service and ease of use. The unit was really accessible, secure and easy to use. The customer care team were very helpful with booking, changing dates when I needed and also checking out. Unit was very clean and I felt like my things were very secure. Couldn’t recommend enough and would use them again if I ever needed.

We used this storage company to store our full house when our landlord had given us our notice, the 1st 12 weeks price was very good for the size of the unit we had after that the price doubled and we were paying near enough £300 a month which is expensive, the storage units aren't manned but everything is safe and there is CCTV, if you need a unit for 12 weeks I would recommend if you need it for longer i would shop around and see if you can get it cheaper.
