Good place to work and gain experience. Colleagues are friendly and love to give a helping hand when they can.Unfortunately poor management from some of CNH industrial staff like the Quality Engineer Pillar Leader. They need to speak to interns and temp workers in a professional manner and treat people with respect. Not to be spoken to in a way like you are a child. Interns are treated a lot differently to permanent staff since you would not know a lot about the role you are doing.Long hours and expect to work overtime unpaid by your Quality supervisor. You are expected to learn everything on your own with no company training programme.

Long waiting for delivery and very thight bay for back doors tipping. But I will leave a 3 stars because my daily duty time was nearly done and they understood my situation and they tipped me quick.After first review I been a few times here and I changed my mind about they, long waiting in front office and nobody came, long waiting for tipping as they don't have enough forklift drivers on tipping.

I visited on business, but it is a clean, well organised production facility that assembles tractors. They do have a visitor centre there.

This place is not only a toxic environment, but has very dodgy procedures, practices, malpractice and treats their employees in ways that I would personally describe as either legally questionable or at the very least, based and inhumane. Please do not use, work for, or enable this horrific company to gain any more business whilst it continues to run a money grabbing, Amazon and Bezos level of apathy towards their workforce. Vile place!

Nice place to work but unfortunately a number of New Holland staff e.g managers/supervisors need speak to others in a professional manner treat people how they would like to be treated rather than belittle you like your a child. It seems if your an agency worker sometimes your treated alot differently to permanent staff as you know nothing about the job your doing. Also instead of approaching you in an elderly manor you are spoken to in an aggressive way prior to starting your shift. Keep in mind not all staff are likely to miss treat workers.
