Unfortunately I cannot recommend for residential customers. We ordered 2 x ton bags for delivery on Monday. We received no communication or confirmation from the company. We called up on Monday and they said it had been rescheduled for Tuesday instead when no-one can accept the order and we were told that the order cannot be rescheduled. The cancellation fee is £60 per pallet. Also be aware that they do not deliver with a hi-ab, they're certainly cheaper but in my opinion not worth the hassle/risk

Very good quality slate and as described. Delivery was also very good with the driver calling me to say he was on his way and then on arrival placed the pallets exactly as requested. He was also very courteous.

AVOID. This company made delivery without permission to wrong location and They didnt return back to us, They didnt fix their mistake, they put and closed all car park, literally the worst company ever. Dont Order from them If you dont want to be disappointted.

Appalling customer service!!!Not delivered on scheduled date.. when it did arrive pallet broke on delivery and 1 tonne of soil was left abandoned primarily on our neighbours drive! They have been unable to park outside their house as a result.I’ve spent a total of 55mins on the phone over the last 3 days (plus emails) with no support!!! No response to emails and I have had to contact them repeatedly on the phone as they never return calls!Was offered 50% discount and the advice to move it in a wheelbarrow or bags in my evenings after work!

0 stars would be more suitable.I paid for our order several days in advance and paid extra for a delivery day.I had two workman sat waiting for 2days, upon the lies we were told by customer service. The 3rd day i rang to cancel delivery as no one would be there to accept it, they lied again and dropped the bags in the middle of the highway with no one there to move. Please avoid this appalling company.

*Updated my review with a picture now that the stones have had the dust rained off.Ordered a tonne of Glaswegian Pebbles before checking the reviews on here and I was horrified to see so many 1* reviews. I thought I had been scammed and accepted that I may have just entered into a difficult situation. I am so relieved to say that I had such a pleasant transaction. Stones came within five days, exactly on the expected day. Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Even asked me to check that I was happy with the stones before he unloaded them. No issues with the stones. They look really lovely. Not all of them are 10/10s but for the price, I really can’t complain and I love the new look of my property. No complaints.

Ordered a bulk bag of Cotswold stone.Good quality stones and reasonably price but shocking delivery.Picked a delivery day and it got to 4pm and it still wasn’t here, so I called customer service to ask what time it’d be arriving to be told “it’s been cancelled due to driver hours”. That’s fine but a phone call would’ve been nice?I advised they could deliver any day that week but in the morning due to work, I needed to be in as it’s a terrace house with shared access roads.I get a phone call the next day at about 11am saying “the driver will be with you at 2pm”. Not quite the morning is it! They move it to the next day and the same thing happens. I’m fed up at this point so just ask them to walk it up the alley and give them delivery instructions over the phone.Only to get a phone call 10 minutes later and be told that he hasn’t got a powered pallet lift and can’t move the stones. Apparently the office had given him a manual one and said “see how you get on”. I can’t imagine Eddie Hall being able to pull 850kg of stone nevermind the delivery person.So delivery attempt number 4 and the driver arrives with the correct pallet lift. He asks where I want it and I point up the alley to the drive way. He refuses and says “it’s a kerbside drop only” and offers to put it by the side of the road. I informed him that A) it was double yellow lines, B) it’s a shared access road so can’t be blocked with almost a tonne of stone and C) it’s less than 200 yards. He begrudgingly moves the stones and says “that’s my good deed for the day done” as if walking an extra 200 yards with a powered pallet mover was any extra effort.Good quality stone and good price but not worth the hassle, would rather pay more and have a better experience.

Don't order the 20kg bags! They are significantly shorted and gravelmaster are completely lying when they say they weigh the pallet as we recevied at most 2/3rds of the 1000kg we ordered!Full story: Placed order on 6th April for delivery on 14th. Received email on 13th saying 3rd party hauliers had let them down and we would receive order before 17th. Order eventually delivered on 20th April.When I checked the item, they had delivered the wrong size chipping (20mm not 40mm), so immediatly contacted customer support. Old pallet picked up on 26th and was told we would receive the new pallet by 5th May. 6th May I chased and was told they would come on 9th. I asked for order to be cancelled and refunded but this request was ignored and a pallet arrived on 10th.We finally got around to completing our project and I noticed the bags were half full and so we started weighing them. Bags were supposed to be 20kg, however, the heaviest bag we had was 18kg, we had at least 6 that were less than 10kg and we had more that were less than 12kg, than were over 15kg. So essentially i have paid for 1000kg of slate, and likely received aound 65% of this. I still have 4-5 bags that are sealed and half full and have sent pictures so they know we aren't trying to cheat them.Barely an apology just a comment they will speak to production team. No offer of partial refund, despite them essentially stealing from us. However, if i want to order more from them then they might consider a discount. Suprisingly, i dont think i'll take them up on that.Shocking service, don't use them!!!Photos of a couple of the bags, not even the lowest filled - completely sealed but you can see the fill level.Edited to add order number: 3234894

Cannot fault Gravel Master good comms very efficient delivered on time well please with the service.Also happy with my work using gravel master products.
