Sorry, i don't know how the review response was added (2 months ago). I was checking out your website at the time as my company had booked the venue for our Christmas party. The Christmas party itself was very enjoyable, well organised and the food and wine of a high quality. I have amended the rating accordingly.

Many thanks to Aly & Paul looking after us so well for our late mum's wake. It was the perfect place and the food was amazing. I can highly recommend this venue for any occasion.

Superb setting for a wedding or large celebration or gathering. Plenty of space and comfort. Only slight moans are rip off bar prices and poor parking for large attendances. Definitely a venue to consider.

We had our wedding reception/party here after getting married abroad. Lovely place owners/organisers are so helpful and reasonable considering the quality you get. Pleased we had it here!

A friend recently invited us to their wedding, this was where the reception was held. A stunningly beautiful setting with all the necessary amenities for a successful day, and the locally produced fizz was lovely too.

Paul and Ally welcomed us with open arms, listened to our needs and catered for us very well!! I am really happy with our wedding that was held at this beautiful venue!! Highly recommended 5**

Held our wedding reception here in 2015. Was perfect in every way. Food was amazing, surroundings relaxed and the drink flowed well!Felt looked after by Ally and her husband from moment we met them-nothing was too much bother for them.

Thanks to our friends and family we had a wonderful wedding, however, the venue owner was pushy, rude, and turned nasty. He bugged us the whole time setting up, making comments and hurrying us along.He messed up our wedding music.He tried to sue a family friend over a watermark on a tablecloth, we have just had the preliminary hearing.It was struck off as he did not have a cause of action, and no contract with my friend. He changed his story again, and the judge pointed out he was saying something different from his original claim.He didn't understand what he was being asked, and kicked off. He had a go at the judge because the mediator didn't warn him that this might be the reason his case is struck off"(I warned him

We have recently styled some parties at this beautiful venue with light up numbers & balloon displays. It’s a great venue and the staff are lovely! Would highly recommend - Lauren & Aaron

My brother got married at Highdown vineyard and the venue and service was great. I know all the other guests really enjoyed the wedding day even though it was a little cold outside at the time the marque was warm and the inside space was great for the evening guests and disco.
