I was unhappy with Simons service, he made a mistake whereby he gave me the wrong time and date to attend an appointment the night before, when I attended the door was locked, he didn’t answer his mobile or telephone and I was left in limbo on what todo, I waited around in case he was running late, when I got home he called, he gave a brief sorry and tried to revert the blame back to me by referring to the voicemail I initially left asking him to confirm the appointment. When explained how much of an inconvenience this had been, he easily dismissed my loss of time and fuel costs like it was nothing, not respecting the time I had to take out of my busy work to attend, no effort was made to put things right, he just said ‘I can’t say more than that’. It’s very insulating to be given a oh well, life happens attitude when what he should have said was, very sorry Paul, totally my fault what can I do to make it up to you, e.g. I’ll give you extra of my time to make up. The best part was I paid £54 for a 17 minute initial session, I assume that’s because of the paper work he has to file so that’s all gone to waste.

Simon is fantastic! I've been going to him for a month now with a trapped sciatic nerve. He is always welcoming and helpful as well as affordable. Would highly recommend!
