I came here on Sunday to do an Amazon collection and had the misfortune of having to speak to the man on reception. Possibly one of the rudest men I’ve ever had the displeasure to meet. Practically shouted at me because I didn’t know where I needed to go even though the instruction was to report to reception first.

Good place to store and and keep your stuff secure. Once we sort the insurance we were free to use the facility as we pleased. Easy access to the building with plenty of gear to help move and transport your stuff around.

If you are looking for a storage unit than I would highly recommend using Blue Box Storage in Hemel Hempstead. I have stored my belongings for the 1 year with them and throughout this time their service has been nothing but amazing and consistent, Julie the manager has always been helpful, caring and responsive to each enquiry I had from the moment I moved in to even assisting the removal company who came to collect. My belongings have been kept safe and secure and most important their rates were the best in area.
