Terrible service. Had chainsaw for three months but only did a total of one hour of work on it that was no help. Calls never returned. Excuses excuses. Take your kit to Ben Burgess in Norwich instead, they are knowledgeable and helpful and do not rip you off

I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service that I received from the manager of my local branch at Wymondon in Norfolk. I phoned to make an enquiry in the morning regarding a Hayter lawn mower I had seen on their website and by late afternoon it was delivered personally by the manager to my my doorstep. Whilst with me he gave me a full demonstration of the mower and allowed me to keep the mower to test out myself without taking any form of payment!I was allowed to keep the mower to test out for as long as I needed to.Within 30 minutes I was using the mower to cut my front lawn. So impressed with it I called the local branch the next morning to make payment.I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name because he really made my day.

I brought a sthil saw from there but was also very impressed by what they had available in the store will definitely be purchasing things from there again in the future

Been using them for nigh on 20 years. They've had a lot of money out of me. They'll get not another penny out of me. You trust people to repair and charge accordingly. To charge loyal customers for parts they haven't had is just a blatant rip off. If you've ever wondered how they make their money, that's how.

I just wanted to leave this good review for Ernest Doe and Kevin at the Wymondham branch in particular. Great service and after service care for our Husqvarna ride-on lawn mower, thanks Kevin and team.

As a novice looking for a first chainsaw, the advice we got from Kevin excellent. Very thorough and informative, but not pushy. He recommended a Stihl MS180 which has turned out to be perfect for my needs and within my ability to handle. Great job, thank you Kevin!

Well Martin has saved my @$$ a couple of times now they actually try to do everything they can in my experience and work well to get things in quick!

Very helpful staff. It was Good Friday and they only had skeleton staff there, but still took time to help with the lawn mower and wheelbarrows we wanted to buy. The member of staff explained how the mower worked, checked it over and started it up for us. He helped us fit everything into our car.
