Natalie was professional in the way she dealt my watch enquiry and subsequent purchase of a new one . The best part about the deal was that I qualified for discount on a necklace for my wife, when I got home she was delighted. Result!!

Brought my first ever ring. Never wore jewellery before. Was assisted by Hannah who put me at ease and looked after me. I selected a stirling silver band. I was looked after the whole time and never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Excellent customer service.

I cannot tell you how great they are! Hannah and team have always been so helpful, I have bought an engagement ring, wedding rings and other bits from here, nothing is ever too much trouble for them! And I won't go anywhere else now for jewellery and gifts! Thank you for everything you guys have done, me and my wife always try and pop in anytime we're near, even just to say hello! Honestly can't speak highly enough of you all!

First class service, I had previously called to reserve a watch which the assistant had obliged. The bracelet was too long but the assistant removed links to make it fit. All in all a very pleasant experience, we will use this branch again. Thank you Natalie, excellent service
