Central Co-op Food - Tividale

The last two times I have been to this shop they have refused to let me in because they're closed (21:50)/ and on the 10/12/2017 at (8:10)during the real bad snow fall. I have had to argue to gain access. Both times they let people in after that without a problem, except an Asian family mom dad and 3 children, in the snow may I add when there is no alternative shop local.

Shop is ok but some items are over priced.Car park is ridiculous, never any spaces & just not convenient if you want to quickly pop in. Best to go there first thing, but most definitely not in the evening.

Went shopping today. Saturday 12th November.Queues bit long. Member of staff called staff to the till to help out with the queue.What I heard from the older member of staff made my angryShe threatened the young member of staff not to call and get on with the customers herself. She then said to the young staff wait till I get you out the back you are in for it. She said customers can wait shelves need filling not customers.She was shouting at the young staff to deal with it and don't look at her like that again.I am so angry with this vile person I told her what I thought of her and will be reporting her to headoffice which she replied go and report me.This young girl was crying serving me and I told her to go and take herself out of the shopfloor to calm down.Never met such a vile person in my life. Going to report her Monday morning she needs sacking!!!!!

This store is always clean.The staff are very helpful and polite.Have good prices.The air conditioning makes this store 5 stars.No complaints.

Suppose to be open till 9 shop was closed at 10

there are always queues, please managers, could you communicate with the workers so that they appreciate the free time of customers and serve us quickly

One Asian lady working at co.op very rude didn't know how to treat your customer. I just asked her yesterday how long the queue n will I be able to served but she spoke to me very rude told me I have to shut the door at 8 pm which I understand. But when I finished my shopping 7.45 pm she told the security giza n telling me I was rude .is it rude to ask what is it rude to ask her how long the queue n will i be get served .co.op should teach these kind of individual a course teach them how to treat the customers on the phone n in store i hope co.op will keep take this matter seriously. Regards it's on regent road co.op store 3rd of April 2020 7.45 pm GAGANDEEP SINGH when I finished my shopping about 7.53 she was standing with the security guard and telling me I should be polite n not rude which I wasn't asking the store is the queue is long n will I be able to get served I don't think that is rude .n she was telling the security guard to tell me I was rude on the phone which is nothing to do with him .his duty is to secure the store not to involved n threatening the regular customer not to be rude on the phone. Please can you take this matter seriously cos I used to own shop myself in brierley hill n I know how to treat the customers. All other staff at co.op is very good and helpful for them I can give 5star but the way I been get treated by the lady (Indian or Pakistani) is not very good customer service. Please she needs to do a course how to speak and treat the customers. I hope co.op regent road near Dudley west Midland should take it seriously. Thanks kindest regards GAGANDEEP SINGH

Always find what I need when popping in. Staff always friendly and polite, shelves always well stocked and a good selection for the store size. I would give 5 stars if the waiting times at tills improved.
