Martin's Waste Solutions, Swindon

This review is specifically about pricing. I sent several pictures of the rubbish that needed removing and was quoted £260. When the guys came to collect the rubbish, they advised I would need to pay another £150 to remove it. I understand quotes might need some flexibility, but this is over 50% more than the price quoted, although they do offer a ‘price guarantee’. I called and spoke to the office who advised I’d get a call the next day… Over two weeks’ later, still no call. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I should have just ordered a skip, it would have been cheaper. The guys that loaded the rubbish were friendly, and Martin (who I spoke to when booking) was friendly, but needs to be more accurate with pricing. I’ve added before/after photos.
