Absolutely abysmalTrying to contact this outfit for delivery is a joke, I tried several times over 3 days it either rings out no pick up or they pick up and replace the handset without speaking.When I did get through I was told a delivery date for my meds never happened, I called to ask why as I was on my last day of medication conversation with Lee who was not only rude he showed zero empathy to me, he kept repeating it’s a free delivery serviceI asked who I could complain to he replied your complaint will end on my desk as I’m the manager and area manager!In the end I braved my anxiety and got them myself, now feeling very ill with all this unnecessary hassle

It is time that money was injected into these shops. Staff are overworked, and in the case of my local on Capesthorne Road, Warrington, staff are disorganised. Everyone says the same thing. Cannot get through on the phone they cut you off.Received my prescription on the 2nd and was still not ready on the 7th.They don't keep staff because of the poor pay.WELL get your act together you are a disgrace

The Wells pharmacy let me down badly on several occasions!! They were constantly having to order important pain killing medicines, with a promise of next day delivery, which didn't always happen. I have two branches in my town and neither could provide the medicines needed to set up a syringe driver for an end of life Cancer patient. Disgusting, as Boot's fulfilled them on the same day. Shame on you Well Pharmacy!!!

my local WELL PHARMACIST in Paignton Corner Place constantly mess up my repeat prescriptions.I am getting worried because in the wrong hands Morphine is a controlled drug which users will pay for on the black market.I get Oral morph and Zomorph every two weeks but so far they have lost 3 prescriptions for Zomorph with no explanation. I am going to raise a complaint with Well Head Office and the Governing body of Chemists.I wouldn't mind but there is 5 staff and 2 Pharmacists working everyday so they have no reason to lose peoples prescriptions .Take my advice and don't use Well chemists use Boots or a non chain chemists.

Miss leading online flu injections,àllowed to bookup .Arrive at the shop , you then told you have to pay for injection ( age limit as changed .Emailed head office but no intention of changing.Very calculated money maker ,shame on you !!

Phoned 14 times back to back , go in and theyve unplugged it , clarified by my husband going in , flustered , uncaring attitude , unprofessional , mess up every prescription on a weekly basis , ham green pharmacy plymouth devon , disgraceful

Absolutely discouraged from getting in touch due to the long wait on two separate occasions. On both counts, I was put on hold! Really needed to clarify their prescription delivery service due to being told that my mother's drop-off would be on Friday the week before and not any sooner.Bare in mind that if a family member had not been able to collect before, then she would have been an entire week without her heart medication!! Being told you're only entitled to one drop a week! Then to state that can't a family member pick up, your daughter and naming me by my name to then state well we don't close till half six she could pick them up after work when she finishes at 6. Yes asking the time i finish! Continued then to ask what about your grandkids... absolutely appalled with the cheek and audacity at Wells pharmacy in Chadderton, Oldham!!What if that patient had no family at all...food for thought there...

Staff that work at pharmacy in Poulton le Fylde are excellent but never sufficient staff to cope so waiting and then having to return inevitable . Always feel slightly guilty going to collect prescription causing them more stress.
