Sure Start Staff

I can honestly say I had a great experience with Sure Start Staff. My initial call was with their Director, Adam Hawes. He went through my CV and experience and how it was relevant to the job description and role I had applied for. After he put me forward he kept in touch regularly with updates on how the company was proceeding with my application.Fairly quickly I found out I had been selected for an interview and Adam tested me with some tough questions which made me feel a little nervous. He did however reassure me that I could succeed and gave me some great tips and advice. This inspired me to take on further research into the company and the role itself making the actual interview feel much more relaxed and like I was adequately prepared.I heard back from Adam n the same day (he had obviously works long hours as it was in the evening) who again prepared me for the next stage of the interview and congratulated me on my performance and providing feedback from the employer which gave me further confidence. This really helped me in the next stage presentation and ultimately landed me the role.Adam continued to live up to his reputation and was great at negotiating with my new employers, giving me my starting information and even caught up with me again after my first day with further words of encouragement. I was also pleasantly surprised that Sure Start Staff would be keeping in touch with me for the first 12 weeks of employee t to help guide me through my integration into the workplace.I can honestly say that I would recommend Sure Start Staff to anyone searching for work. Top level service!

Im fully happy with sure start, as a company they always have someone on the otherside of the phone anytime and ther are very pleasant and full of knowledge. They are also willing to go the extra mile without being asked and make you feel your part of there team not just a number . There generosity is also fantastic as im going a fight for charity and without hesitation they donated a lump sum towards my chosen charity. The staff is always super friendly always their to guide you through the hole process off interviews also on the first few days if you not sure about anything after your shift they will contact you to check on you which is very helpful. they call you to see you like the work and enjoying yourself and founding it easy to work with the team. they alway there to respond to the call immediately and every week they call you to let you know about your week ahead and discuss your schedule and availability.
