Standard Harvester fayre. Good value, big portions and good for families. But it's the staff here that make the place. They are really great. Will definitely return.

Excellent value for money.We turned up at 5pm on a Mondsy night without booking. Very good service.Car park was a bit dark when we arrived. But lights were turned on when we left.

I have not been to a Harvesters for over 10 years. More of a nostalgia visit whilsit away for work. The menu has certainly been improved since my last visit with a very large selection and variety. Had to start with the world famous salad cart followed by the 1983 Combine Harvester. Wow the food was absolutely amazing and the staff were very friendly indeed. Will 100% be coming back soon!!

Thanks for a lovely meal. We’ve been coming here for family meals for 20+ years and always receive the best service. Today, we were served by Becky who provided the usual perfect service. I hope she gets recognised for the great work she does!

No tables available in the restaurant so we sat in the bar. Good food, not badly priced. Unlimited salad bar with bread rolls is always a winner. Friendly service. Car parking.

I should have written a report long before now, mainly because Kelly, who whenever we come to St Albans Harvester we seem to be lucky enough to get as our waitress, deserves a shout out. Very attentive, hard working and all with a smile and care about her work even though she has been on long shifts dealing with difficult customers. Lovely lady. Food is as usual, exactly what you expect from a Harvester and perfect with the kids.

The food was brilliant, great choices on whole menu for all, the waitresses were lovely, expecially the tall blonde lady she was very helpful.The reason I only gave 3 for atmosphere was there was a large family group in about 24 of them and they were really loud and noisy the kids were running about. It was really annoying. Otherwise was a great meal out

Met up with family for a rare get together and we were all very disappointed to be told when ordering that there was no chicken available. As chicken forms roughly half the menu, we should have been told as soon as we arrived, not as we ordered. The waitress clearly hadn't been trained in good customer service and didn't seem to understand why we were disappointed. It's my second bad experience- on my last visit there were no chips! I won't be returning.
