Moved from another network, Phil took time to discuss options, process 2 x sim swop, proper customer service. Would be 5 stars if the manager hadn't rudely kept speaking loudly saying Phil would be done soon only doing a sim swap. All customers deserve customer service and staff deserve respect when doing there job.

27/04/2023Picked my 91 year old mother up took her to the o2 shop wanting to transfer a No from a business sim to a new pay as you go. The guy rang customer services, gave me the phone. He couldn't talk to them because he would have to log on.The guy on the phone asked to talk to him he said I would have to join the que even though he wasn't serving anyone.We walked out in disgust.NO STARS

Went in for advice the older assistant could not care less .Said phone 02 as they will be able to help me .I wanted a sim card .My advice employ staff who want to help customers she was more interested in sitting at the counter barking ro other staff

Went in with my father to purchase a new phone, the male staff member was very helpful, but the shop is let down by the female member of staff, which I presume is the manager. She was rude and impatient.

Awful, went in for a 30 day data SIM while I moved house, still paying for it now 3 months later after sitting through assurances that that doesn't apply because your contract is only 30 days". I now have an irreparable blight on my impeccable credit record thanks to these clowns."

I went in with a puzzle about my phone which had updated twice in a month and it messed with the emergency functions that I have put in motion, I had emergency ring me whilst I was driving,, turns out my pocket rang them, to which it sent messages to my family who were panicking. Needless to say O2 only knew the basics and had no idea on how to fix it, so not satisfied, gave 3 stars because they are good at selling not good on solving.
