I got myself a Mocha and an almond croissant.The croissant was NOT FRESH (cold and not buttery enough) , mocha was fairly smooth, the quality of beans and Cocoa powder used were decent as well, but definitely not good enough for the price. Tables were not clean enough, mine had stains on it. Service staff was polite though.

We just had a lovely coffe there waiting on our fly. Place is very friendly and lots of space to sit.The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Second time I've been here with the family for a pre-flight breakfast. I don't know why. Terrible. Slow moving staff couldn't care less. Over-priced. Freezer-burnt bread. Dirty tables.. Clean your own.. They will never get around to cleaning it even when it's mega-quiet

Great service by this team on a busy July Monday morning. A bit of a que and busy seating area. All staff showed willingness to serve quick and were polite and friendly.

I was greeted by a very polite young man with exceptional customer service skills, who was very helpful and cheery. However, The young lady on the drinks station should definitely take a leaf out of the young man’s book as her attitude was disgusting. Scowl looks when asked if I wanted strawberry sauce on my frappe. No attention to time, my mothers flat white was luke warm once we were seated, Didn’t appreciate the attitude when we were nothing but polite back.

Absolutely useless staff two speeds dead slow and stop. We gave up and went next door for carry out. Went back and watched people inthe queue we were previously next too were still there 20min later that's over 30 min total

It's after 5pm. It isn't busy. The back area is closed for *cleaning*. The area at the front is filthy. Tables with used crockery and spills on cleared tables.The staff are not busy and are physically leaning on the counters.I've never once actually thought of saying if you've got time to lean you've got time to clean but this could be the first time.A woman just knocked on the glass counter for service as there's no one behind the till.What a joke.I get this is an Airport but basic hygiene would be nice.
