Second time we have used this service and highly recommend. Polite, efficient, knowledgable and tidy.

Seamed to do the job as asked (service two log burners). Tidy worker and kept everything clean. However, don't ask for a receipt ad you'll get z rude answer. Not sure why giving a payment receipt was such an issue.

Really disappointing. Booked him, he then rescheduled due to weather which was fine, only for him to arrive on the day and decide because there isn't a driveway to park on, he wouldn't do the work because he wouldn't park in the car park. He could pull up to the house to unpack, park in the car park which is a minutes walk away then come back with the car when he needed to load his stuff. (Other chimney sweeps have done exactly that). Instead he was very argumentative with me about a parking situation which I literally cannot control and wasted a lot of time.Sadly I can not recommend him at all.
