Terrain Vehicles

I have used Terrain for my vehicle for usual MOT and services. I recently broke down and they were so helpful and prompt to help me. My car was sorted quickly. I found the experience to be exactly what I would want. Reduced my stress and I felt the consideration about what might be the issues with my car to be honest and clearly explained. Recommend highly !

These guys are amazing. I take my 181,000 mile Disco 3 every 35,000 miles or so for a Power Auto Transmission Flush which clears any surging on the gearbox. Had it done twice now and comes back like a new car everytime. Thanks to the Team at Terrain.

Today we had an issue caused by another organisation, a part was broken and we as the customer were left to sort it ourselves. We turned to Terrain to see if they could help, not only did they come up with the required part that had been broken, they had it in stock, the car was taken into the workshop, and within an hour and was sorted. In the past we have used main dealerships and to be honest even the main dealerships do not offer the service Terrain does. The guys & girls are really customer orientated, and that goes a long way to customer satisfaction, would highly recommend really good service.

Friendly staff. Thourgh honest and reliable have been looking after my car for a few years now. Always offer me a courtesy car even if it's just an M.O.T. So all in all very satisfied.

I have used Terrain Vehicles for several years now. I don't go anywhere else for advise or repairs to my Range Rover. I have always been pleased with their helpful attitude, knowledge and their willingness to take the time to explain things thoroughly to me. My car is old (2007) has broken down on several occassions - always at the most inconvienient of times, when I'm really relying on it, but the team at Terrain Vehicles has always found a way to help me out. I have on several occasions been especially impressed by their willingness to offer me cheaper repair options and work-arounds to safely and swiftly get me back on the road again at an affordable cost. RECOMMENDED.
