Great when you actually get an appointment! Been trying for over a week and still trying to get through on the phone to rebook an appointment that the orthodontist cancelled. Online booking service out of order and no voicemail options!! Been attending the surgery for over 30 years and never had such issues.

I would not recommend this surgery to anybody,I've been trying to get an appointment since Monday and I am still waiting very poor service.

Glad to hear a new company is taking over as the general level of service received is not that great although I'm not holding my breath. Very poor at dealing with issues.

The dental staff are absolutely fantastic, warm,friendly and professional. I was a little anxious how the new dentists would be, but all lovely! The main receptionist is quite off putting though. Never makes you feel welcome always has a look like you are a nuisance. She definitely needs some training in people skills!!! Also I tried for weeks to get an apt over the phone, I had to go in person in the end to book one. I raised it with receptionist and she said she turns the volume off the ring when she's talking to people. I'm sorry but I suspect she's not putting the ring back on alot of the time! You need a better phone service or a receiptionist that will actually answer it....If it wasn't so tricky to get dentists I certainly would never have stayed with this surgery, purely because it's virtually impossible to speak to anyone when you need to.

I am a really petrified and needlephobic patient. Suffering with anxiety. Today I went to have a tooth extraction the nurse I had was amazing, I grabbed her hand so hard worried I broke her fingers. But the locum dentist Dimos Yampakos was awesome putting me at ease and had such patience. Just really gutted that he is only a locum. Definatly needs to be perminate staff. Very reassuring.

Very pleased as my daughter was referred for her initial orthodontic consultation and I expected to wait a few weeks, but within a couple of days of referral I received a call from the Practice Manager to arrange my daughter's appointment (with only a one month wait for it). Very impressed. A very good, personal service.

Receptionists are always SO rude. I got my filling done here after months of waiting now I think it’s infected a week later and nobody would see me. Genuinely think theres far too many reception staff for what actually goes on in the practice too.

Lovely reception workers are friendly and helpful. Technical workers are knowledgeable and patient and efficient. I'm an NHS patient and felt listened to and appreciated. I was involved in choices about treatment, the advice was clear and fair. I felt people went out of their way to care for me, and went way beyond basic care in their behaviour and conscientiousness.

Very grateful for the practice and how they dealt with my situation. Knocked my tooth out and I was in the dentist chair within an hour of making the first initial emergency appointment call.Very sympathetic and understanding through my traumatic evening! Relieved I am registered with such a good practice.

Needed an emergency appointment , got one within hours and saw Dev for the 1st time. Really nice dentist who sorted me out and felt comfortable with his treatment. I wasnt rushed. Reception staff were very helpful too. Thank you for getting me in so quick.
