As ever, Amy (the Empress of nails) and Michelle (the queen of eyebrows) are the personification of perfect beauty therapists! I missed the wonderful Elaine today as she was on a day off, but the team here are just amazing, do a fantastic job and never fail to make a newbie to Fife feel very welcome. Their level of care is simply superb!!

Great appointment with Michelle, she is very friendly and welcoming and makes you feel at ease. Explained each step of the process well and felt I was in very good hands. Love my henna brows and will be coming back for more treatments soon.

I have used the Duchess lounge previously to get my eyebrows done and couldn’t wait to get booked back in, I emailed them as I had a voucher and they were happy to accept it and booked me, it was easy enough to book in for my patch test( needed because I have been vaccinated) and my actual appointment. Michelle was there upon arrival, Michelle is always friendly, chatty and professional and I love how she does my brow treatments, I now wouldn’t go anywhere else to get them done.

Overall, I received a wonderful and friendly service from the team. My nails look amazing! I felt very comfortable with new safety measures and thank the team for reopening so safely and responsibly. I’ll be back again for sure!

Michelle was really friendly and chatty but then also let me relax and be quiet. My lashes look amazing. She talked through each step from beginning to end. It was my first time in the salon and I'd definitely be back. The lady at reception was also very friendly and chatty. X

I walked in without an appointment to see if anyone could work a miracle on my nails. I walked out with amazing nails despite the fact there was not much to work with and a smile on my face. Also got tips on how to keep them nice between appointments. Definitely be back, thank you.
