Very selective with which packages they take. Not only not taking my package but the lady behind the till send me to a drop off place that was closed on the weekend. Very unprofessional! I understand the shop is small but they shouldn’t offer drop off services if they are not providing one!

I had a great experience delivering a UPS package. They had all the accessories needed to mail the parcel and didn't even charge me for the materials. Couple of legends behind the till.

Small shop of urgent need of refurbishment. From health and safety point of view just first step is at your own risk. Fire regulations don’t apply probably in here. Especially when you have more than two clients in the shop. Limited space. Lady behind the till can give you dozens stories to refuse collection of standard parcel. I would prefer honest people and not to be treated as 5 year old. This shop should not except parcel service. In the first place

Extremely rude staff and owner, particularly to elderly people. Unfortunately the rudeness has happened on more than a few occasions. They do not know the meaning of customer service or when the customer is right. Do not shop there, we certainly won't!

They took in a DPD parcel then sent it back two days later as allegedly it had arrived damaged - before we could even see it to decide if contents were damaged. Surprisingly no photos taken which is strange considering they go on about not being held responsible for damage. This meant we had to cancel builder at short notice and waste a trip to London. Response from Victoria News 'we keep your parcel for two days' even though DPD terms are to collect within a week. DPD needs to review its contract with this place as it is a law unto itself and is returning goods when it has no right to do so. Avoid.
