Really good job on my dress - and at a reasonable price. They were finishing it up when I arrived to collect the dress, but to be fair I had asked them to do it within 1 working day as I needed it before travelling, so I didn't mind waiting a short while. It can be really difficult to find a reliable, good value tailor so I'm happy to find them soon after moving to the area. Thank you!

Highly disappointed at this tailor! On my special event, I told them a dress was needed for a special occasion and I was asked to come and collect a week after which is fine. Upon coming on the date they had told me to come, I was then told it is not done yet. Like seriously! If this is what you do to people you have done it to the wrong person! Your business right now can crash for what you have done. You even had the ordacity to just sit there continuing what you where doing and gave me no remorse. I pray you get what you gave me. I was looking forward to collecting my dress today and you disappointed me!!! Trying to lie you gave me a time and you didn’t. If you are based in Shepherd’s Bush and you want to use CLASSIC TAILOR think twice.

Very quick and friendly service. My skirt was a little bit big so I found this place in my area, and I can only agree with the reviews, they done a great job for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

I'll start off by saying that I gave them my sweater to mend and they did the job. I paid them upon giving them the sweater and they gave me a piece of paper to collect my item. I went by to collect my item today, and they demanded to be paid again. The rude man at the desk said that HE did not tick on his end that it was paid and so I still owed them money. Not sure how his mistake is my problem and that I have to pay again. I asked him to check the camera footage and he refused. He also said that he doesn't care". Well

Wonderful service... I was really nervous when I brought in a tricky technical issue that I had with a newly bought (fairly expensive) dress and they fully understood and took care of it! Also, at a fabulous price. Highly recommend. Great job!

I believe it's important credit is given to smaller shops that provide an excellent service. I got an overcoat tailored by having the sides taken in, sleeves thinned, and sleeves shortened. Relatively quick turnaround (I wasn't in a rush), and quality was solid. You couldn't tell it was tailored. Happy chap

Go somewhere else - Really angry and disappointed with the service here. I gave them my bridesmaids dress to take up - they handed it back with visible pin holes and white marks where the pins had been.

Far exceeded all expectations. Service was great, prices were surprisingly reasonable and turnaround time was quickened at my request. My suit came back not only with a perfect fit (I was measured in-store) but with a higher quality finish than it originally came with. Very highly recommended.

Absolute thrilled with the beautiful quality of my skirt alteration (waist taken in). Super fast and beautifully done. Will definitely be coming back for more alterations in future! Thank so much
