I required a tree stump to be removed and several other contractors had either refused too quote the work or after promising to come and look at the job did not show up. Acorn Tree Services were recommended to me by a friend, I contacted Andrew and he was very helpful. He arrange to come and do the work that day even though we live nearly 40mile apart. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work. I was more than happy with the work he carried and the price of the work. We had never used Acorn Tree Services before until June 2014, but we would recommend and use again, They came and gave us a quote which was pleasantly affordable, they were upfront and honest about about the price, size of the job and time it would take, and they met every criteria they said they would, which I was surprised about as I thought it would have taken longer. they cleaned up after themselves as well which I know some companies aren't great for. couldn't give a stronger recommendation, I had no complaints whatsoever. what a great friendly company.

We sought three estimates and Acorn Tree Services provided the most comprehensive and competitive quote. Andrew Salisbury provided a very professional and efficient service from beginning to end. He visited our property to assess the work to be done, gave us information about checking the Tree Preservation Orders, provided a quote promptly, and showed us his insurance documents. On the agreed date for the crowning and removal of our trees, he arrived on time and completed the work tidily and efficiently. The remaining trees have greatly benefited from his care and attention! We have subsequently recommended Acorn Tree Services and will use them again in the future.
