Never had any problems posting stuff. All the staff are friendly and get the job done.

Used a few times and all been OK. Polite staff at all times. Queue can be long sometimes but staff do their best to get people dealt with quickly.

there is a woman who works there at the counter with glasses on shes super rude . talks to u with rude tone like to order you about . i dont have time for this kind of nonsense soon i finished my business i left the place in a flash.

Service with a smile. Very informative.Not just a post office but personalised clothing and cups. Sells sweets and coffee answer well as birthday cards. Just about a little of everything going on.Also has free cash machine.

##JACKY## OLD BLONDE LADY WITH GLASSES###I have never written a review in my life . But I just feel so upset and really need to write something in here. I'm just back from this post office , I have been treated with such a rudeness by this lady . She is a blond lady with glasses, named JACKY , that's the rudest person I have ever meet in a post office , she has literally shouted at me in front of 5 customers , she was yelling at me that I was wasting her time just because I asked a simple question and on top of that she gave me a wrong information ... She has no shame , no professionalism. She has to change her job or need to be trained even if she has 20 years experience" according to her . She gives wrong information and is so rude."

There is a blonde woman who wears glasses that works at your post office and I must say I’m very disappointed with the customer service. She was so rude. There was something I had to do which I had no knowledge of and i would’ve just expected a calm explanation not shouting in my face. Clearly she needs some training. I’m never the one to write reviews let alone a negative review about staff because I take into consideration that they may be having a bad day but that was just blatantly rude that is not what I would call having a bad day. Looking at other reviews I can see I’m not the only one that’s been very unhappy with this particular staff.

Always popped in here with my parcels but the older woman with blonde hair and glasses is rather abrupt.Not a pleasant person to deal with at all.Previous staff there have always been very pleasant.

I went in to resend a package back to the sender. I was advised that my address label would be covered I double checked if this was the case and the man who was behind the counter assured me it would. I received the parcel via royal mail. I rang the post office and spoke to a very rude individual called Jackie who hung the phone up on me & told me that the man could not remember if he said he would cover my address. Very rude staff!! Would not recommend this post office due to a very rude staff member & disregarding the information I was told!!! Which now I’m having to go to another post office and send my package back & not receiving my refund for a dress I ordered. All due to the fact because i have been ignored the information that has been given to me with regards to covering my address label.

Really unprofessional and ignorant. I gave a parcel to the Asian guy on the desk for recorded delivery he printed out the wrong postcode on the sticker when I told him he said its okay they deliver to the address on the package when I insisted he kept saying it okay don't worry. 12 day later my customer hasn't received her parcel. Staff need proper training.
