I've been into the shop before but decided to ring up instead for some service, the chap on the phone is the same person I've had dealings with instore. Very presumptuous attitude, and comes across as arrogant when talking about computers/parts. Won't be using this store in the future, also they are stupidly overpriced. It would cost me an extra £20 to get anything from the shop, and it has to be ordered in! They are obsolete in the modern world and surprisingly still manage to keep the shop running.
