Littleborough Carpets

Terrible customer service . The quality of the samples they bring to show you is a total different one to they bring when fitting. The woman who must manage this or work on the phone is extremely rude and sarcastic and was not willing to give me a full refund even though it was different floor to what I ordered and she wasn’t at my address on me ordering this she was still adamant that that was the floor I chose. I was then getting charged if I refused the fitting . A customer service course wouldn’t go a miss . However the fitters that came was lovely people and wanted to help. The woman needs sacking !

Fantastic service from start to finish! I could not be happier with my new carpet and LVT kitchen floor! The fitters were super efficient, polite and left the rooms lovely and clean! I won’t go anywhere else now - thanks guys!

Exceptional from start to finish. The people in the shop were very friendly and helped me significantly as i didn’t know much about carpets and which ones were the right ones for what i needed. The fitter were very helpful and did an excellent job. Very happy would 100% recommend.

Visited Littleborough carpets 2 weeks ago to order a carpet for my bedroom, found a carpet I liked and booked fitting.Today I had a call from the fitters telling me what time they would be at my address.The fitters were polite, professional and have done a fabulous job! I'm really pleased with the work they have done - they even took away waste and hoovered the carpet.I will definitely be using you again!!

Just had our living room transformed with Cavalio Conceptline flooring. It was installed with great skill and professionalism by a very talented fitter, the finished job far exceeds our expectations. It's not the first time we have used Littleborough Carpets, and it won't be the last, first class service friendly and helpful staff plus great value.

Great service from start to finish. Staff in shop were professional and helpful, as was the young man who came to measure. Fitters were brilliant and the laminate looks great.

Littleborough carpets was the best price by far when getting quotes from other shops in and around Littleborough/Rochdale.The staff in the shop were super helpful and booked me a measure in for a time that suited me best.The guy who came to measure was polite and professional and knew what he was talking about. My flooring in the whole house was fitted by two lovey guys who even hoovered up afterwards!5 star service and won’t go anywhere else again!
