We had all the paperwork with very clear costings emailed straightaway, and then Alan came to take photographs and take measurements. Within two days the house was online, and an open house arranged for two days later on the Sunday, with Alan doing all of the viewings.Unbelievably, the house was sold in just two days on the Sunday!!! Alan arranged Prosperity Law as the solicitor for the buyer, and we used St Helens Law (all members of BNI Atlantic) Both solicitors were straight onto the case, and we were kept up to date frequently with progress reports.Just seven weeks from calling Alan to ask him to handle the sale, he handed over the keys to the new owners. as Alan walked away down the path, the front door closed behind him, and he heard the family cheer as they were so pleased to be in their new home.We are delighted to have had such a quick and stress-free experience selling our home... and we would not hesitate to recommend Alan to anybody buying or selling their home.
