Update October 2023Another fabulous response from the service team at Gilbert and Vanstone.Washing machine door jammed service engineer arrived within an hour of my phone call did a temporary fix to keep us going and had a replacement part within a couple of days.I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else these guys are the absolute tops.MichaelPurchased a washing machine from this company a few years ago and had tremendous service. Excellent response, quick delivery, hassle-free installation and they took all the the packaging away with them.Brilliant.Had a problem recently where the machine wasn't working very well. l put a call through and they attended the very next day. Thank you so much a good experience from start to finish. Liam in sales was very pleasant and efficient. The delivery was 2 days after ordered and as it was in Clovelly thought it would be very expensive, I was pleasantly surprised how good a deal it was as 5 items bought and fitted all in the price. Delivery drivers were fantastic.

We moved into Kilkhampton and our tumble dryer was not working, so went into Gilbert and van stone and was really pleased with the prices .The service in the shop was brilliant and Paul and Arran delivered the next morning and fitted and showed me how the dryer worked.Should local you won’t be disappointed
