Incredible knowledgeable and kind. I cannot recommend enough. Having a fairly decent knowledge of gaming PCs I was stumped with a no post issue but Adamant IT got it all working beautifully with such a professional rebuild. Very reasonable cost, recommend to the rest of my gaming community in Dorset.

Was struggling to rebuild a laptop with win11, problem recognising the disk. Turns out to be an issue with MS recognising RST Intel... would have taken me a month of googling but Adamant IT sorted it in 5 mins! Superb.

Only popped in to ask about second hand laptop stock and ended up getting my damaged iPhone repaired at the same time.. the price was so low I couldn't resist! My phone is now back to perfect condition and my wallet hardly felt the transaction!Thanks Graham for your amazingly quick repair and amazing advice, will definitely turn to Graham for IT advice again!

Very professional. Very good at what he does. A vast knowledge of anything computer/electrical based devices. If you're in the area and need help with something don't hesitate to ask for help. I do believe he runs the store all by himself so bare in mind that he might be a little overwhelmed with work from time to time, but pretty sure he'll help anyway he can. He also has a YouTube channel and a discord which is very useful for just general discussion and help with any technical problems you might have. A very knowledgeable user base and a very active one at that.10/10 for this guys enthusiasm for helping people with their issues.

I am an IT pro with 30 years experience in systems programming and electronics and it is amazing to see the old school values of 101% customer service - I rarely see it these days even in the big companies I have contracted for. Graham goes the whole mile with extensive , very knowledgeable repairs for a guy his age and even cleans your device before sending it back, I thought I was the only one left who did that for customers lol Nice one Graham, you should be doubling your prices, you are charging to little for such expertise!

Posted down my faulty Nintendo Switch to Graham. His contact throughout was very professional and I was never left in any doubt.
