Helpful staff who know what they're talking about and won't charge you a fortune! (unheard of in London).I bought a second hand bike and was struggling to alter the height of the handle bars because it was so rusty. Sid did his magic and not only fixed the handlebars, he very helpfully put on some ties for the flapping brake tube and even showed me how to clean the rust off with sandpaper and fairy liquid to make the metal look shiny and new!Considering this is London and I was expecting to pay a fortune just for someone to look at my bike (I'd already been to 2 bike shops that day), Sid was very reasonable and went above and beyond what I'd asked, giving me helpful tips and safety advice about my secondhand bike.I'll be coming back here if I need any more help in the future!

Great service. When I was recently knocked off my bicycle by a driver recently they had my bicycle up and running two days later after needing extensive work. They're friendly, honest and usually very fast, and they won't give you any unwanted or unnecessary lectures.

Nasty owner. Went to buy a tyre and lights ended up walking out after his sarcastic comments and telling him what I'd heard about his was all correct.

This is the best bike shop in the area!I have a beautiful vintage Raleigh bike but the last time I took it to another bike shop they tried to tell me I needed all sorts of expensive things replacing - I know enough about bikes to know that wasn't the case - and they did a poor job on the maintenance. It's a different story at Future Cycles! They gave my bike and all its vintage features some TLC, and it went so smoothly afterwards. The staff are always so friendly too :)

I went in the shop after doing some research on the local bike shops. At first I was surprised by the negative comments but I have also noticed they seem to be not fair and mostly written by very fussy people.My experience was amazing: Otto welcomed me very politely and was super helpful. I had to change my tires and most shops wouldn't do it because my bike is quite new (hookless rims and tlr tires). He did an amazing job and I will definitely only go there from now on. I'm already planning to drop my bike there for the 6 months check up.

He must be rich to act like this! I came with my toddler to get his size measured for his very first pedal bike and buy the bike if it fits him. He was soo excited and the owner couldn't care less. I asked him to get the bike down so my son could sit on it, he asked me whether we really want to purchase it. I said that I am thinking about it and he said: people think a lot these days" - unbelievable! He got the bike down and my son sat on it but the atmosphere was gone. We left shortly after. We went to butternut bikes the next day and the guys were amazing!! Please dont waste your time or money!"

Bought 1 set of brake Shimano B03S brake pads from these guys for £17. I thought it was expensive, so I checked what I paid last time, shop bought, which was £8 or so. I told them that I thought they had charged me for 2 sets in stead of 1 and they said that £17 was the shop price and that £8 was an online price. Not true. There goes the bike service!Can't return them, they are already fitted.
