Kind and friendly staff, situated in a nice place with plenty of public transport methods to get there. A fairly big sized hospital however can be confusing to find your way around at the start.

Hellish place to get parked especially if your disabled such a long walk i to the buildings itself pity they haven't cR park for the hospital at back of building and lift for departments T back it would be most appreciated Also wheelchairs at entrNce would be much appreciated as there Re none to take elderly or lEss mobile folks to their appointment usually late trying to find one

I had an appointment at the Audiology department. I've been to the Lauriston building quite a few times over the years but never that department. The departments are always very clean and uncluttered. Audiology reception is quite far from some parts of the department.

Not the number for lauriston building.certainly not the number for the e.n.t dept.called it and was told the e.n.t dept is not even open until 9am.google should be screening these numbers to ensure they are correct.

The number of times I have had to help older folks find the site of their appointments is ridiculous. Give clearer directions. Sort it out
